What is a Plastic Water Tank Making Machine?
A plastic water tank making machine uses the rotational moulding (roto moulding) process to manufacture seamless, hollow plastic tanks. LLDPE powder is loaded into a mould, which then rotates on two axes inside a heated oven, coating the inside surface uniformly to form the tank.
Compared to blow moulding or injection moulding, roto moulding produces stronger, stress-free tanks at a lower tooling cost. This makes it the industry standard for water storage tank production.
