Orders are confirmed against an advance by telegraphic transfer, with the balance settled before dispatch by telegraphic transfer or letter of credit. The exact split is agreed at quotation stage.
That depends on the shipping term you choose. Under FOB and CFR, import clearance and VAT are arranged on your side once the machine reaches a UK port; under CIF we also cover marine insurance, but clearance and VAT still sit with you. We can recommend a freight forwarder if you do not already have one.
Yes, and most export buyers do. You can visit our Ahmedabad plant to see the machine running, ask us to send video of the trial run, or appoint a third-party inspection agency to attend on your behalf. The machine is dismantled for packing only once you are satisfied with it.
